A wall in the toddler room was cracked and had missing pieces. Two feather flags with poles were observed on the ground in the outdoor playground. A bbq pit was also observed in the outdoor playground. This posed a safety hazard as the flags and bbq pit were within children's reach. Note: The feather flags and bbq pit were removed from the outdoor playground during inspection.
