Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC), Child Care Regulation inspects every licensed center and home and publishes the results. Cubbycheck reloads that data nightly and gives each daycare one page.
Every finding gets one of five risk levels from the state: High, Medium High, Medium, Medium Low or Low. We fold those into four words, Critical, Serious, Minor and Clear, and always show the Texas level beside ours.
