Supervision and child counts
Critical
This standard was evaluated during a DFPS investigation and was found to be deficient. The operation did not have a plan in place to ensure each child's safety. A child was bitten and scratched multiple times in one day by a child who had history of biting several other classmates over an extended period of time. The caregivers acknowledged there was no plan for supervision while biting incidents are occurring in the classroom.
