It was observed during the inspection that a caregiver used the 4 step sanitizing process after a diaper change but wiped the bleach solution after spraying instead of allowing the solution to air dry. This was corrected when Licensing brought this to the caregivers attention.

It was observed during the inspection after a child's diaper was changed the caregiver did not wash the child's hands under running water and the child had control of their neck muscles and was able to reach for the water.
