I also observed an eleven year old child sitting in a dark office laying on a couch. When I asked the child what was wrong, he stated he was not feeling good. There was no teacher supervising the child. At 3:26 pm a caregiver brought the child out of the office and took them to the classroom.

During the follow-up inspection, I observed two children ages nine and six siting in the front toddler classroom by themselves. The two children did have a tablet and when I asked them were there teacher was the nine year old stated my mom works here and thats why I am here. When I approached the parent who is also the cook she stated the two children should have been sitting in the classroom with the school age teacher. I also observed an eleven year old child sitting in a dark office laying on a couch. When I asked the child what was wrong, he stated he was not feeling good. There was no teacher supervising the child. At 3:26 pm a caregiver brought the child out of the office and took them to the classroom.

She initial stated that was not her and then said she went to the front desk to get something and immediately came back to the children. During the time that she ran to her desk, no other caregiver stepped in to be with the children.
