Note: The first director fixed it by hammer at inspection. 3/One exit fence door from the playground could not be opened by 2 teachers as required that the children must be able to safely exit the building within three minutes in case of emergency. Note: The second director could open it after a while and stated that she will fix the fence hinge of the exit door from the playground so it can be opened in case of emergency. 4/The 4 seats of the play equipment of seesaw were cracked/broken posing hazard for outdoor activities.
