  On 7/23/2026, video footage showed infants being removed from a table at 11:40 AM. Two infants were left in the bucket chairs from 11:40 AM-11:54 AM, seconds from 11:55 AM (15 minutes). The teachers were observed putting the other three children to sleep while the other two children sat there for nearly fifteen minutes until one teacher went to get them. The teachers did not bring all the children down during the same time frame. The children were observed still buckled in their seats.
