One of the observed classrooms had a cabinet with cleaning supplies inside did not have a child proof lock. This was corrected when the operation placed a child proof lock on the cabinet. One of the observed classrooms had a can of air freshener spray within reach of children. This was corrected when the caregiver placed the air freshener out of reach of the children. Two large holes that could cause a tripping were observed in the outdoor playground area. There were two ant hills in the outdoor play area. There is a broken ladder and table in the outdoor play area
