The bottom vent is not properly attached to a refrigerator in one room used by the children. A staff member attached the refrigerator vent at inspection. Two large limbs were observed on the playground and need to be removed.These were removed from the playground during inspection. Large plastic pieces were observed on the ground on the playground between the entrance of the infant playground and older children playground that present as tripping hazards. These were removed from the playground during inspection. A garden hose and sprinkler equipment were observed on the playground and pose as a tripping hazard.
