The standard was evaluated with regards to an investigation and was not compliant. A caregiver did not demonstrate good judgement when handling a child. The caregiver dragged the child that was laying on floor by the forearm from a learning station that was in close proximity to a diaper changing station. Dragging a child that is laying on the floor by the forearm could result in a child sustaining an arm injury.
