Based on observation, at 9:32 a.m., LPA observed 1 box of Raid Foggers and 1 can of Raid Ant and Roach killer on an upper shelf in the laundry room in a clear container, with no lid. Pictures were taken. Although the Raid products were inaccessible on a high shelf, facility did not lock the laundry room door with either a key or combination lock. The licensee did not comply with the section cited above, which posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to children in care.
