The pools did not have a life ring fitting at 17 inches on the exterior diameter with a US Coast Guard approval label. Based on interview and observations, LPAs issued a Type A deficiency, as this poses an immediate health, safety, and personal rights risk to children in care.
All corrections must be corrected by 1/23/2026.
The Notice of Site Visit must remain posted for 30 days during the hours of operation after each site visit by a licensing representative. Failure to maintain posting as required will result in a civil penalty of $100.00.
