Director provided proof of a work order submitted to maintenance supervisor. Director stated she already spoke to the maintenance supervisor regarding the wood chips and possibly replacing the cushioning material in the near future. Director stated she will ensure facility checks play area every morning and evens out the wood chips to provide enough cushioning underneath play equipment. Director agreed to have wood chips refilled in outdoor play area by POC due date.
