Lead testing in water used for drinking and food preparation was completed on 5/23/2023 which resulted in the indoor drinking fountain to test above the required threshold of 5. The licensee agrees to provide a copy of the results of the drinking fountain after being re-tested. The plan of correction shall be submitted to CCLD on or before 10/5/2023. During todays inspection LPA observed the drinking fountain covered and taped to prevent children from using.
