   Director states they will have a staff meeting to go over a new policy where staff will call for additional staff assistance when changing a diaper, if they are the only staff in the room. The policy will include that once assistance is requested via walkie or text, additional staff will arrive to assist in the classroom within 5 minutes. Director will email LPA the staff training that notes the details of the new policy, which is signed by all staff.
