Based on observation and interview, 1 of 3 classrooms had blindspots where staff could not visually supervise all children in care while changing diapers, which poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care.

Director stated if additional staff are needed to allow teachers to change diapers and maintain visual supervision of all children, they will call the office and the director or other available staff will step in to assist. Director will sign a declaration stating the above and email to LPA.
