Per Facility Representative, creating supervision plan for children who are displaying behaviors. Beahvior contacts will be created for Child #1, #2, and #3, signed by facility and families, and sent to LPA by POC date. Supervision plan and behavior contact should include the avenues that Options For Learning is putting in place to assist with the care of children with behaviors (i.e. extra staff, behavior specialists, etc.)
