Licensee reported that on 6/28/2023, Child #1 left the backyard of the family childcare home without her knowledge. Child #1 was returned to the family childcare home by a law enforcement officer roughly 30-40 minutes later (see LIC809 for further details). This poses an immediate health, safety, and/or personal rights risk to children in care. A civil penalty of $500.00 was assessed.
