Director will ensure that all staff are trained on childrens personal rights. Director will have all staff members sign and date LIC613A and state on the form that they have read and understand the regulations regarding children's personal rights. The co-teacher was immediatly terminated for leaving the teachers aide alone with the children on multiple occassions. The facility has remained in compliance since. All aides are fully supervised by a fully qualified teacher at all times. Deficiency is cleared as of today, 11/12/2025.
