Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as LPA observed dog feces in the back yard sun damaged and broken children toys, during inspection of day care home LPA observed AAA battery and 2 facial razors in bathroom which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
