Based on record review, lead testing results indicated an ALE for two drinking fountains located in Rooms 2 and 4 which were tested on 07/03/2026. This poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care.

Director stated the affected water outlets will remain inoperable and will continue to provide alternative drinking water within the facility. LPA observed the affected water outlets were inoperable and alternative drinking water was available at the facility during the visit.
