LPA Garcia did not observe emergency disaster plan and Site designee stated that they could not locate their emergency disaster plan, however it was submitted when completing application.

LPA Garcia observed Hasmik Jilavyan, Armine Margaryan, Miriam Martirosyan to not have qualifications during the inspection. When speaking with "director" Arman Pirijianyan, he stated that aides were considered workers and not teachers.
