(i) If an infant falls asleep before being placed in a crib or play yard, the provider shall move the infant to a crib or play yard as soon as possible. This requirements was not met as evidence by; LPAs observed crib with a sunken in mattress with no fitted sheet. Licensee stated that mother will be bringing a pack and play and she holds the infant in the snuggli when the infant naps. This is a violation that if not corrected poses an immediate risk to the health and safety of the children in care.
