Recorded plan of correction
Since the alleged incident, wire netting has been installed in multiple areas of the outdoor activity space where visual observation may be obstructed. Director will create a detailed plan for adequate visual supervision for the indoor and outdoor activity spaces. The plan shall also include teacher assignments of where they are stationed and how teachers will keep track of headcount for the children under their direct care and supervision.
