Based on observation, C1 and C2 had blankets in their play yards while sleepingm observed by LPA at 9:45am. This poses a pontenial personal rights or health and safety risk to the infants in care.

I will remove the blankets from play yards. I will no longer put blankets in the cribs anymore. I will get sleep sacks for infants to wear instead of using blankets on days that are colder. I will sign the safe sleep regulations staing that I understand them. This deficiency was cleared during the visit.
