Infant Safe Sleep
Minor
Based on interview with L1 and record review, the licensees did not comply with the section cited above in 4 out of 4 infant files. Infants C1-C4 did not have current sleep logs documenting the date, child's name and time of each 15-minute check on file, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
