Based on interviews conducted S1 has yelled at day care child(ren) in care on more than one occasion, which poses a potential personal rights risk to the children in care.

Site Supervisor stated that the topic of personal rights has been discussed at staff meetings beginning on 02/24/23 and was discussed at today's staff meeting. Site Supervisor will write detailed notes to include what specifically was discussed to include the "hands off" approach and personal rights and submit along with signatures from staff acknowledging personal rights discussions occurred by 05/05/23.
