She stated that she will submit a written statement that she will ensure all adults who live, work, or volunteer in the day-care will have a fingerprint clearance. LPA Herrera walked to an accessible room (the living room) and in the dining room, LPA observed a lit candle in a tall glass that was on the island table nearest to the side of the accessible room which was within arms reach of children in care. Licensee had four (4) school age children in care.

The licensee did not ensure that the home was kept clean and orderly, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. On 4/13/2021, the license was cited for having clothing, trash ,and other items on the ground throughout the home, which was the same on this day.
