This requirement was not met as evidenced by: LPA Clayton review of the employees Guardian profile indicating that she had been fingerprinted on 06/09/2026, and licensees admission that she had been working at the child care home since April 2026, which posed and immediate Health and Safety risk to children in care.

This requirement was not met as evidenced by: LPA Clayton's observation of rat feces in the food prep areas including inside of the stove as well as the main day care room, which poses a potential Health and Safety risk to children in care.

Licensee advised that she has an exterminator scheduled to conduct an assessment inspection tomorrow June 19, 2026 and to perform the extermination process on Saturday, June 20, 2026. Licensee will forward copies of both reports to the Department immediately upon receipt. Licensee will also ensure that the food prep areas are cleaned throughout the day, specificially before and after food prep. Licensee will also have the stove and kitchen professionally cleaned and provide proof to the Department immediately upon receipt. Licensee stated she is no longer preparing meals, but serving prepared snacks and parents will provide meals.

Licensee locked the spa cover in place, and demonstrated its ability to hold the weight of an adult by walking on it. LPA Clayton reminded licensee that the pool cover is to be locked in place, whenever children are in care.
