The facility experienced periods of no running water, non flushing toilets, and insufficient water pressure on May 14, May 15, and May 22, 2026. A children's toilet was also found non operational for an extended period. These conditions impacted toileting, diapering, and required hand washing, posing a potential health and safety risk to children in care.
