Based on interview and record review the day care center was operating out of ratio in the morning hours from March 16, 2026 until March 18, 2026 which is a potenital health, safety, or personal rights risk to the persons in care.

I have now hired six more staff and I have been doubling and coming in early in the morning and afternoons to make sure ratio and needs are covered and met. I will provide a staff roster of the new staff and their hire date.
