The facility replaced faucet "S", made it inacessible to children, and flushed the faucet for 4 weeks. Retesting of the faucet was completed by Adviro on 9/22/2022 and the lead level was measured at 3ppb, within safe limits for the facility. The POC has been corrected at the facility and the faucet is safe to be used by children.
