Based on observation, interview, record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPA observed the food menu is not being followed. Menu stated today, 03/02/2026 brocoli and fruit will be served. LPA observed mixed vegetable and no fruit being served. Not until LPA addressed the issue, Director Hong Ni went to the kitchen to get cuties for the classrooms which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
