Director shall ensure prescriptions are obtained for the medications and submit copies to LPA. Additionally, director shall submit statement acknowledging compliance of this regulation. Submit POCs by due date of 6/9/26. ***Failure to correct will result in a $100 per day civil penalty until corrected. Repeat violations are $250 per violation and $100 per day until corrected by due date of 6/9/26.

Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as child C3 had an Epi-pen that expired 3/2023, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
