Recorded plan of correction
Director shall return the expired epiinephrine medication to the parents of C9. Additionally, director is advised to ensure all medications are checked on a regular basis to ensure that no expired medications are kept in the facility, and submit a statement of understanding of this regulation by due date of 3/25/26.
