Licensee will ensure that she is in complaince with Title 22 regulations regarding ratios in a Family Child Care home. Licensee is to watch the How Many Children Can Attend a Family Child Care Home video on the departments website, and submit a written declaration of understanding no later than 02/12/2026. Also, LPA Clayton informed the licensee Caterina to provide a copy of this licensing report dated 02/05/2026 that documents any Type A citation(s) to parents/guardians of all children currently enrolled by the next business day or the next day the children are in care, and to any newly enrolled parents/guardians for 12 months from the date of this report. A signed Acknowledgement of Receipt of Licensing Report (LIC 9224), or other written statement, must be placed in the child's file for verification. An exit interview was conducted, and this report and Appeal Rights were discussed and provided to Licensee Caterina Minter. Based on observation and interview the facility pool fence does not met regulation since it is not 5ft and self-latching, and self closing which poses an immediate health, safety, and personal rights risk to the children in care.

Licensee will empty and remove the pool, install a 5ft fence surronding the pool or wall to wall, or install a barricade along the pool and send proof of corrections to LPA via email sarah.garcia@dss.ca.gov by 5pm on 10/28/2023.
