Facility conducted a training on Friday 2/6/2026 with all staff during a Professional Development day focusing on Name to Face and Passport procedures that relate to transitions with children. Facility conducted a thorough investigation and has determined the appropriate corrective actions for staff to address non-compliance. LPA collected proof of training and corrective action during today's inspection.
