Based on interviews, the director did not comply with the section cited above when Staff 2- S2 gave oral medication to the wrong child C1 in care which poses a potential/ Immediate health, safety, or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Director stated that she will submit a plan to ensure that the children's medications are administered in accordance with the label directions as prescribed by the Child's physician by the POC date. In addition, staff will label the classroom's name on the Lic9221 (Parent consent for Medication) and to use a highlighting system that identifies the child to the medication. Director stated her and the Assist Director are the only staff who will administer medication to children in their adsance when needed.
