Upon receipt, the Director shall post this report and provide copies of this licensing report to parents/guardians of all children currently in care. The Director shall also provide copies to parents/guardians of children newly enrolled in the facility for the next 12 months. The LIC 9224 Acknowledgement of Receipt must be signed by parents/guardians and kept in each child's file.
