Based on interviews, records reviews and evidence gathered, during the month of March 2026, multiple infants(C1,C2,C3, C4 &C5) were moved to the preschool age Room 7 on mupltiple occassions. Director self-admitted that sometimes infants from Room 4 are moved to Preschool age Room 7 from 45 minutes to 2 hours unless infants are taking a nap in the Room 7. Director was advised that on multiple occassions, multiple infants have spend more than 2 hours in a Preschool age Room 7 in the month of March 2026, which poses a potential Health, Safety, or Personal Rights risk to persons in care.
