Recorded plan of correction
There is a new director at facility. New director developed a plan that includes multiple individuals supervising a child to prevent biting incidents from occurring. New director will also be conducting a parent orientation to discuss how to work with children with challenging behavior. A parent handbook documenting training on how parent volunteers work with children who have challenging behavior and how to work in the classroom have also been developed. Proof of new handbook and orientation being conducted will be provided to LPA by POC due date.
