Based on analyst interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as she has not been maintining safe sleep logs for child #1 and a second older infant which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to infants in care

Licensee has not been maintaining safe sleep logs for two children under two years old as she understood that safe sleep records are only to be kept for infants who are under a year of age. Analyst advised provider that safe sleep logs must be kept for infants up to two years of age. Licensee will begin maintaining sleep logs for the two older infants until they turn two and send analyst a sample copy of the logs for both children for 10/21/26 - 10/28/26 on 10/30/26 to correct the violation.
