   Administrator states the facility will continue with the monthly pest services maintenance. Administrator states the facility will maintain a cleaning protocol of daily cleaning and also deep cleaning. LPA reviewed the Building and Grounds and Infant care General Sanitation regulations with the Administrator. Administrator states facility will send the San Diego Regional Office a written plan of correction on the new cleaning protocol plan and proof of continued pest control services by 12/9/22.
