Licensee stated he did not know he had to transfer her clearance since she was already cleared before. LPA verified clearance for Staff Paul but not associated to this facility. Licensee stated he will submit an LIC9182 to transfer the clearence to his facility and a written statement of his understanding by email by 06/10/2026.
