Licensee states he will submit Farhio Yusuf's criminal record clearance by 4/7/2026. Licensee states that i the future he will ensure all adults who work reside or have a prominent presence in the facility are finger print cleared and associated prior to their presence in the home.

medication, poisons, detergents, cleaning compounds were accessible, as latches to the kitchen pantry door and bathroom under sink cabinet were broken; Also, no first aid kit present in the home.
