Based on record review, the facility did not comply with the directive above, 2 Bubbler Water Fountains outlets tested with an Action Level Exceedance (ALE). This poses a Potential Health and Safety risk to children in care.

Director stated the outlet has not been in use since March 2022. Facility immediately posted the results at the facility on 11/10/22, day they received the testing results. Outlets have remained inoperable and covered. Director stated that the facility is planning to remove both outlets permanently within the next two weeks. Director stated that the facility manager is on vacation and will have it removed within two weeks. Director stated she will submit photos to LPA showing that the outlets were removed no later than due date. In the meantime, LPA observed during the inspection that the outlets were inoperable and covered.
