Based on interviews, record review and video footage, on 3/23/23 at approximately 2:50 p.m. a staff member (S1) slightly pulled a child (C1) by the hand at a pace C1 had difficulty keeping up with. The poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to children in care.
