Minor
Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above by having three bottles of Lysol disinfectant spray, two clorox fabric sanitizer spray bottles, one fabreeze spray bottle, and a jar with medication inside accessible to children, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Licensee immediately removed the cleaning compounds and medication and placed them under the kitchen sink with a latch on. In addition, licensee stated that she will submit a written plan of correction stating that she will comply with the California Code of Regulations section cited above, and will submit to the SDCCRO by 10/13/2026.
