CriticalBased on Licensee’s own admission, LPA's observations, and records reviewed, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above by providing care to 15 children at one time, which exceeds the capacity of a large license, which posed an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Licensee had a parent pick up two of the daycare children. Licensee stated that a parent had to go to the hospital. Licensee submitted a written statement of her understanding of this regulation. Licensee stated she will watch the capacity CCL video and submit a summary of what she learned by email by 01/16/2026. Licensee stated she will also submit a weekly log schedule with the names & date of birth of the children they care for at the home. This log will help them keep track of the number of children that are in care on any given day and not exceed the license capacity. Licensee stated the above documentation will be submitted the SDRO by 02/13/26 by email.
