Based on observation today, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in two counts out of total two counts of cribs which were covered with dark colored thin breathing materials above the crib of napping 17 and 19 months old children during nap time which poses a potential health, and safety risk to persons in care.

The licensee removed the additional material attached to the cribs of children. The licensee agreed that she sends a statement in writing that she understands this section of regulations that there shall be no objects hanging above or attached to the side of the crib of napping children. The statement will be sent to LPA's email address by the due date of 7/16/2026.
